[Product Principle]
Laser mold repair welding machine is a special welding wire that is fused to the damaged part of the mold through the high heat energy generated instantly by the laser, and firmly fused with the original substrate. After welding, it is processed into a smooth surface by electric spark or grinding to repair the mold. The laser head can move in X/Y/Z directions, as well as rotate the laser head or body, making it suitable for welding large, medium, and small molds.
Advantages and Scope of Application
1. Laser repair welding has a small heat affected zone, which will not cause deformation of precision molds. The welding depth is large, the welding is firm, and the melting is sufficient. There are no repair marks left, and there is no depression at the joint between the raised part of the molten pool and the substrate.
2. Equipped with a specialized microscope observation system with a cross cursor, the magnification can be adjusted to achieve precise alignment.
